Our signature cob loaf is an amazing sourdough with wattleseed and macadamia nuts. We can also provide nut-free and gluten free options. The cobs are filled with a variety of hot and cold fillings. Some menu options are only available when pre-ordered for catering purposes. Menus are subject to change and are an example only.

Custom filled cob loaves

We sell individual, filled cob loaves for one. We also sell a cob loaf pack for two, with one cob and a side of meats, cheese and crackers. Talk to us about what fillings you'd like to see.

Custom Toasties

We can make open or closed toasties with an array of toppings. Keep an eye out for the crocodile salami with lemon myrtle or the kangaroo mettwurst with chilli!

Grilled Fruit Sticks

Seasonal fruit is grilled with brown sugar and lemon myrtle and served on a bamboo stick.

Fairy Floss

Our signature flavour is Eucalyptus but we can also supply traditional flavours as well as a large variety of colours.

Our standard presentation is in cone-shaped bags. Our smaller cones are perfect for weddings or gifts, filled with choc-covered macadamia nuts, with fairy floss on top.

Chocolate Mousse

A favourite by far, our chocolate mousse with Davidson plum is sold in small cups but can be served in cob loaves as a decadent dessert.

Glitter Balls

Glitter balls can be made to suit the glass size. They are balls of edible glitter, covered in fairy floss. When submerged in a sparkling drink, the drink turns into a magical, glittery cocktail! Safe to use with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, they can change the drink flavour, depending on the flavour of fairy floss.
